Click & Collect from the Store

A great reason to come and visit us... Order online and we will email you when it is ready for collection. It’s a good idea to call ahead if the item is urgent!

We are open 7 days for this service.


Delivery free to the Wellington Central area which applies to any suburb south of Johnsonville.

Standard NZ shipping rates are:

  • Free for orders over $99 
  • $8 for orders up to $94

Note these rates do not apply to bulky items like furniture. Please email us for a delivery quote on oversized items.

All items do not require a signature. If you would prefer a track and trace delivery, that will be $8 and does not apply to the free delivery.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, generally the next week day after receipt.

Most NZ parcels outside of Wellington arrive within three - five working days from being sent. Allow longer for Rural Delivery.

Encore at the Penthouse is reliant on their delivery partners to ensure your delivery is made as soon as possible. There may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process.



Product Availability

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces not all items are always available. While we endeavour to keep the website’s inventory levels current, sometimes technology lets us down and we are unable to supply an ordered item. If a product ordered is no longer we will contact you immediately with alternatives. However, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order. 



We want you to be happy with your purchase. All products are carefully packaged by us to ensure they reach you safely.

If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact our courier company directly to sort out any claims.

If you have received a faulty item we will replace the item. If we can not repair or replace in a timely manner, we will refund your money.

Returned products must be in original condition and securely packaged. Once they have arrived back safely we will either exchange it or provide a store credit.

Please note that unless an item is faulty, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Unfortunately items purchased on sale in store, or online are final are unable to be returned or exchanged.
